诺基亚Lumia 830最后一次升起旧旗帜起航了。它在设计上和Lumia 930非常相近，高质量的材质和出色的工艺让人赏心悦目。它的每个细节都给人很好的印象。例如，尽管并非集成于机身之内，SIM卡和micro-SD卡槽都有弹出式设计。我们之前还没有见到过类似的设计。这款手机握在手中确实给人一种旗舰机的质感。
不过在一些细节上，它也做出了取舍。它的屏幕整体上给人不错的感觉，亮度优秀而色彩还原十分出色。不过在较小的角度下它的漏光现象有时有些烦人，而随着角度提高的黑值也有些破坏它给人带来的好印象。性能较弱的处理器在目前可以适合大部分应用，不过对于未来的Windows Phone更新就有些难说了。另外，它的扬声器质量明显较差。
但是，微软在Lumia 830的设计上有许多亮点。它16GB的存储空间相比很多中端手机8GB的闪存显得十分慷慨。而且它还支持最大128GB的拓展——这在这个价位十分罕见。它的相机整体表现很好，可以适应相对较暗的环境下的拍摄。GPS定位仪的性能也十分让人满意。
它最大的问题还是在于定价。微软在发布前将售价从早先的399欧元下降到了349欧元（约3063人民币和2679人民币）。而它在市场上的实际售价已经低于这个价位了。不过，Lumia 830可以值回这个价码，整体上是一款很优秀的智能手机。
