连接性。走更多的弯路
小米为Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon配备了一个体面的端口选择。在左边,我们有一个单一的USB 2.0 Type-A端口和一个3.5毫米的组合音频插孔。在右边,我们可以看到一个用于数据传输的USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C端口(无电源传输),一对USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A端口,HDMI 1.4b输出,以及一个充电端口。
也是在这里,我们注意到第一个削减成本的措施--没有microSD读卡器,甚至没有Kensington锁插槽。
沟通
小米笔记本14 Horizon实现了高通QCA61x4A WLAN卡,它支持Wi-Fi 5和蓝牙5.0。Wi-Fi性能明显落后于竞争对手。
Wi-Fi速度应该足以满足绝大多数的互联网需求,但本地网络可能比预期的要慢。值得庆幸的是,WLAN卡可以换成性能更强的替代品。

网络摄像头
小米NoteBook 14 Horizon实际上没有内置网络摄像头。但考虑到大流行的工作/在家学习的情况,小米在每次购买时都会捆绑一个独立的USB摄像头模块。尽管是在一个独特的模块中,外部网络摄像头的表现相当差,细节少,清晰度差。
小米本来可以为Windows Hello配备一个红外摄像头,以弥补指纹传感器的不足,但价格略微提高,或者至少在外部模块中使用一个更好的传感器,所以这似乎是一个浪费的机会。
安全问题
默认情况下,没有内置的安全措施。这款笔记本电脑缺乏任何形式的生物识别登录。然而,用户的 小米手环的用户可以配置Blaze Unlock功能,用手环解锁笔记本电脑。然而,一个独立的TPM 2.0模块是可用的,所以升级到Windows 11应该不是一个问题。
辅料
除了外置网络摄像头、常规文书和65W电源适配器外,盒子里没有其他附件。
维护
没有维修用的挡板。卸下九颗螺丝后,可以将底板移开,但要费些力气。
有一些用户维修的空间。虽然内存是焊接的,但Wi-Fi卡和NVMe SSD可以换成更好的选择。没有额外的驱动器托架或M.2插槽用于存储扩展。
担保
小米为小米笔记本14地平线版提供一年的标准保修。买家可以在结账时选择几个附加的小米保护计划,包括小米笔记本保险和小米延长保修期,最长可达2年。
输入设备。剪刀装置,无背光
键盘
除了机箱设计,小米似乎还从MacBooks的剪刀机构键盘中得到了灵感。这些按键听起来确实像剪刀式开关。键盘被指定提供1.3毫米的键程。然而,在实际使用中,键程感觉要浅得多。触觉反馈,虽然不错,但有点偏低,所以长时间的打字有时会显得有点乏味。
键盘缺乏任何形式的背光,这对这个价格范围内的设备来说是一个主要的负面因素。
触摸板
触摸板提供流畅的滑行体验,并支持WindowsPrecision 手势。然而,触摸板的面积只有11厘米×5.5厘米,感觉有些拥挤。触摸板的左下角和右上角可以作为相应的鼠标按钮,而整个表面,甚至是角落,都可以作为一般的左键使用。
这些按钮很结实,点击的声音也比我们的偏好大一些。触摸板还支持掌纹识别,这在我们的测试中似乎效果不错。
显示。适合休闲使用,但PWM非常低
我们的测试装置配备了一个14英寸FHD 16:9面板,刷新率为60赫兹。该显示器没有任何诱人的特点,考虑到预算定位,这是可以预期的。然而,它没有显示任何明显的背光渗漏,这表现在91%的体面亮度分布上。

然而,该显示器使用PWM进行背光调节。我们记录了从0到60%亮度水平的PWM为60赫兹。在61%的亮度下,PWM增加到2.7 kHz,之后就没有观察到PWM了。因此,在低亮度设置下使用该设备的人应该警惕低的PWM频率,这有可能导致头疼和眼睛疲劳。

处理器
我们看到Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon的性能非常好。 酷睿i7-10510U特别是单核得分与竞争对手持平或更好。而 AMD Ryzen 7 4700U-供电 Acer Swift 3提供了明显更高的多核分数,但我们测试设备中的酷睿i7-10510U仍然能够比采用该处理器的竞争笔记本电脑表现得更好。

在默认配置中,没有特殊的电源模式或应用程序来改变性能模式。将Windows电池滑块调整到交流电源上的最佳性能,可以得到32W的PL1和51W的PL2。在电池电源上,这下降到25W PL1和40W PL2。

存储设备
小米NoteBook 14地平线版配备了东芝(现在的Kioxia)512GB PCIe NVMe SSD,占据了主板上唯一的M.2 2280插槽。由于没有额外的M.2扩展槽或驱动器托架,需要增加存储的用户将不得不把现有的SSD换成更高容量的驱动器。

压力测试
