Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.
Screen flickering / PWM detected 220 Hz ≤ 50 % brightness setting

The display backlight flickers at 220 Hz (worst case, e.g., utilizing PWM) Flickering detected at a brightness setting of 50 % and below. There should be no flickering or PWM above this brightness setting.

The frequency of 220 Hz is relatively low, so sensitive users will likely notice flickering and experience eyestrain at the stated brightness setting and below.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 8746 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 343500) Hz was measured.

无趣的更新还是开发上的突破?我们需要坦诚的是:除了新的Skylake平台,T560的改变只有一些小细节,不过考虑到前代产品的出色表现这并不是太大的问题。

这台ThinkPad的优势依然包括了坚固的机身,出色的输入设备——特别是出色的键盘——以及超低噪音和发热量。后者要归功于联想只为这个15寸机身搭配了节能的超低电压处理器的决定。基于英特尔的最新Skylake架构,这台测试机中的酷睿5-6200U能够为复杂软件和多任务处理提供充足的动力。整个系统都非常节能,保证了11个小时的实际使用续航时间。

遗憾的事,联想没有为这台T5x0系列的新机型搭配USB 3.1或者C型接口,以及Thunderbolt 3。全新的IPS屏幕并不是完胜前代机型的TN屏幕:它的对比度和可视角度稳定性明显有了提高,不过色彩和最高亮度却反而退步。不过至少还有可选的3K屏幕面板可以解决这些问题,不过它的价码较高。

整体上,联想再次为我们带来了一款完善的出色设备ThinkPad T560,它可以成为竞争对手如惠普EliteBook 850 G3的参照系。

当然,由于价位较高,你需要在购买前谨慎考虑——正在淡出市场的T550与之差别不大,对价格敏感用户可以考虑。
