Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Vaio SX14应该是Vaio回归世界PC市场的重要产品。这次复出是否成功?在某些方面它是,但遗憾的是,Vaio犯了两个相当大的错误。

让我们首先看看索尼Vaio继任者的积极方面。我们非常喜欢轻巧的机身,而且尽管它的轻盈,也仍然具有一定的稳定性。我们也喜欢舒适的键盘。雾面屏不是很亮,但它确实具有足够高的sRGB色域覆盖率,可以进行照片编辑。接口选择很丰富。特别是VGA端口是目前大多数其他笔记本电脑所不具备的。值得赞扬的是,所有型号(至少在德国都是这样)都具有LTE功能 - 但并非每个竞争对手都能使用LTE模块。最后值得一提的是,Vaio SX14提供了良好的CPU性能,即使在负载下也能保持机身凉爽。
