Apple M4 Pro 12 核 CPU是一款用于笔记本电脑和迷你 PC 的高端 SoC,于 2024 年 9 月推出。它的 10 个强大 CPU 内核中有 8 个运行频率高达 4.5 GHz,4 个高效内核运行频率高达 2.6 GHz。集成的 16 核 GPU 和至少 24 GB 的快速 LPDDR5x 内存,速度为 273 GB/s(取决于配置),还支持 USB 4 和 Thunderbolt 5。

整个 M4 芯片系列都集成了 16 核(高达 38 TOPS)的神经引擎。此外,所有 M4 处理器在某种程度上都基于 ARM v9.4-A 架构。

使用所有内核时的 CPU 性能类似于 AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370(平均略快于 Cinebench R23)。现代 酷睿至尊 9 288V的性能明显优于 AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370。在单核性能方面,M4 Pro 的得分非常高,与最快的英特尔芯片不相上下,如 酷睿 i9-14900HX.有趣的是 M4在 Cinebench(同级别的 Geekbench在 Cinebench(同级别的 Geekbench)中比瘦身后的入门级 M4 Pro 快 4-5%。

Cinebench 2024 Multi 的功耗在开始时约为 40 瓦(根据 powermetrics),随后降至约 32 瓦(持续)。结合 GPU(Cinebench + Valley),SoC 的峰值功耗在开始时可达到 47.5 瓦,但随后会降低到 31 瓦(CPU 22 瓦 + GPU 9 瓦)。

M4 Pro 采用第二代 3 纳米 TSMC 工艺制造,能效很高。
