从发布以来,惠普Chromebook 13 G1就注定将会成为Chrome OS机型中的一员不容忽视的猛将。尽管它的设计中心侧重性价比,惠普也明显把设计、美学、人体工程学放在了同样重要的位置。而其结果就是这台极具金属质感、灵巧的超便携设备,它的外观和质感都远超同价位产品,特别是它的入门机型,搭配奔腾双核处理器和4 GB内存、QHD+屏幕,售价仅499美元(约3325人民币)。
作为Chromebook来说,它的配置十分不错,在设计和成本间取得了巧妙的平衡,略为倾向于前者,这可能会吸引很多不喜欢采用塑料机身的设备的用户(可能会和ThinkPad 13 Chromebook同样受到这些用户的欢迎),更不用说带着这类玩具一样的设备参加商务会议了。惠普也为不那么在乎预算的用户提供了升级选项。增加100美元(约666人民币)它将可以升级到酷睿m3处理器,如果增加300美元(约1999人民币),则可以得到酷睿m5处理器和两倍的内存(8 GB)。
受到它自身特性的限制,Chrome OS最吸引人的地方可能还是廉价,惠普Chromebook 13的入门机型应该可以将此发挥到极致。
而我们所测试的819美元(约5457人民币)高配机型则性价比较低。虽然它仍然是一台出色的设备,但在这个价位上,同样的设计和屏幕面板就不那么让人惊艳了,将会落入与我们之前评测的ThinkPad 13 Chromebook一样的“出色…的Chromebook”这类产品中。只需再增加一点预算,用户就可以得到功能更完整的Windows超极本和Mac,它们仍然在实用性上远远高于Chromebook。
不过在600美元及以下的市场上,惠普Chromebook 13酷睿m3和奔腾机型应该可以为现有机型带来一定的冲击。如果你已经在考虑Chromebook,那么这款机型极其值得参考。
