功能 - 华硕 ROG Phone 8 Pro 配备两个 USB-C 端口和高达 24GB 内存

华硕提供两种配置的 ROG Phone 8 Pro。第一种配置为 16 GB LPDDR5X 内存和 512 GB UFS 4.0 存储空间,官方售价为 1199 美元。第二款配置为 24 GB 内存和 1 TB 存储空间的 ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition,华硕的售价为 1499 美元。该机没有 microSD 存储卡插槽。

两个 USB-C 端口对于智能手机来说很不寻常。像往常一样,一个位于手机底部,工作速度为 USB 3.2 Gen.2,支持 PD 3.0 和 Quick Charge 5.0。在我们使用华硕 ROG Strix Arion 手机壳中的 M2.SSD Samsung 980 Pro(USB 3.2 Gen.2)进行的拷贝测试中,ROG Phone 8 Pro 的传输速率为 299.8 MB/s--绝对不低,但考虑到 USB 3.2 Gen.2 端口的 10 GBit/s 带宽,传输速率还是有点低。

软件 -Android 14 和 4 年更新

ROG Phone 8 Pro 运行Android 14 和制造商自己的用户界面 ROG UI。华硕计划在 4 年内为其智能手机提供更新和 2 次操作系统升级。在 2 月初进行评测时,ROG Phone 8 Pro 收到了更新,将其Android 安全补丁的有效期延长至 2023 年 12 月 1 日。

电话和语音质量

华硕 ROG Phone 8 Pro 为两张 nano SIM 卡预留了空间。两张卡均可作为首选 SIM 卡,用于语音通话、短信或数据服务。支持 VoLTE 和 WLAN 通话。不过,我们没有找到 eSIM 激活选项。

华硕对其智能手机的摄像头进行了重大升级,这也是为了不辜负自己的高端主张所必需的,因为在游戏智能手机上,摄像头通常只能充当次要角色。虽然 ROG Phone 7 终极版在图像质量方面无法与其他旗舰手机相比。ROG Phone 8 Pro 在某些方面做得更好,但也不足以获得最高荣誉。

主摄像头在日光下也能拍摄出色彩自然、清晰度高的优质照片。极短的快门延迟也令人印象深刻。不过,如果仔细观察,照片有时会被严重锐化,看起来不再特别逼真。例如,在第二张日光照片的湖边或一般物体的边缘,就可以清楚地看到这一点。在弱光环境下拍摄时,主摄像头明显难以拍摄出光线充足、清晰锐利的照片,而且照片还略带蓝色。

1300 万像素超广角摄像头在光线充足的条件下成像质量尚可,但并无特别之处,尤其是对于 ROG Phone 8 Pro 的价格区间而言。长焦摄像头沿用了 ROG Phone 7 Ultimate 的微距摄像头,也是标准配置。长焦镜头的分辨率为 3200 万像素,具有 3 倍光学变焦和光学防抖功能,拍照效果非常出色。


相机模块的最大改进是视频录制,因为集成的云台可以出色地稳定视频录制。总体而言,ROG Phone 8 Pro 的视频拍摄效果比 ROG Phone 7 Ultimate 好得多,在细节和图像清晰度方面仅次于旗舰竞争产品。视频录制速度高达 8K,每秒 24 帧。可在三个镜头之间切换,最高可达 30 FPS 的 4K。

ROG Phone 8 Pro 的 2400 x 1080 像素分辨率 LTPO OLED 面板支持 HDR10 和 HDR HLG,刷新率高达 165 Hz。在默认设置下,刷新率会根据显示内容自动调整。不过,也可以手动设置为 60、120 或 165 Hz。

分辨率和帧频几乎与前代产品保持一致 - ROG Phone 7 Ultimate。 ROG Phone 7 Ultimate的分辨率为 2448 x 1080,只是略高一些。不过,ROG Phone 8 Pro 的 OLED 面板在亮度方面有了显著提升。

在纯白背景下,屏幕的平均亮度为 1698 cd/m²。在明暗图像区域均匀分布的情况下(APL18),亮度甚至增加到 2502 cd/m²,因此完全达到了制造商规定的 2500 nits。HDR 内容的亮度大致相同(2596 cd/m²)。如果关闭亮度传感器,手动调节亮度,显示屏亮度最高可达 806 cd/m²。在最低亮度设置下,我们测得的亮度仍为 6.39 cd/m²,亮度相对较高,尤其在黑暗中会显得相当刺眼。

OLED 面板使用脉宽调制来控制亮度,但闪烁频率相对较高,为 485 Hz,这对敏感人群来说应该没有问题。还可以在显示设置中激活闪烁保护功能,从而减少低亮度时的脉宽调制闪烁。

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The frequency of 485 Hz is relatively high, so most users sensitive to PWM should not notice any flickering. However, there are reports that some users are still sensitive to PWM at 500 Hz and above, so be aware.

华硕 ROG Phone 7 Ultimate也出现在 ROG Phone 8 Pro 上。AirTriggers 是两个超声波传感器,位于智能手机右侧长边的四角,可用作额外的 L 和 R 控制按钮。如果横握手机,食指可以轻松触及这两个按钮。通过 Armory Crate 应用程序,AirTrigger 按钮可以拖动到游戏用户界面的控制按钮上,然后触发调用菜单或更换武器等操作。
