在材料的选择上,联想也采取了与X1系列不同的路径。显示屏盖由银色铝制成,键盘框架是阳极氧化黑色,底部是黑色漆面。只有显示屏框架是由塑料制成的。另一个有趣的特点是掌托,因为它们是由哑光玻璃制成的。这为Z16创造了一些触觉,比X1 Extreme高一个级别,但这也可能是一个品味问题。至少,Z16肯定会在油腻的表面上有更少的问题。机箱的稳定性也达到了很高的水平,但自然,薄薄的显示屏盖子比底座要弱一些。

安全问题

除了dTMP,联想ThinkPad Z16还包括键盘上的指纹识别器、用于Windows Hello的红外摄像头和Kensington锁。不包括的是智能卡读卡器和物理网络摄像头快门,但你可以通过按F9键来关闭摄像头的电子功能。

维护

联想使接触ThinkPad Z16第一代的内部非常容易。 在卸下五颗飞利浦螺丝后,你可以直接拆下后盖。不幸的是,升级的选择不多,对于这么大的笔记本电脑,ThinkPad Z16的模块化程度一点也不高。内存和Wi-Fi模块是焊接的,而且只有一个M.2-2280插槽。WWAN卡占用了一个M.2-2242插槽。

当然,你可以清洗风扇或更换电池,但在升级选项方面,ThinkPad笔记本电脑显然让我们失望。戴尔的XPS型号和 ThinkPad X1 Extreme的模块化程度都要高得多。

键盘

两级背光键盘也更接近笔记本电脑的主流,外侧的按键不再有ThinkPad典型的U型键形式。联想还将键盘整体强行改为矩形,并取消了ThinkPad惯用的方向键的凹槽。连同这一变化,图像上/下键也被取消。最后,联想还调换了Ctrl和Fn键,现在Ctrl键在外面。

提供的按键行程只有1.35毫米(约0.053英寸),按键又比目前许多其他ThinkPad笔记本电脑的按键更细。例如,X1 Extreme 提供1.5毫米(约0.059英寸)。此外,按键的顶部更平坦。这导致打字体验感觉不那么豪华,也不太符合ThinkPad的特点。然而,与戴尔XPS和MacBook Pro相比,该键盘仍然更好,提供了一个清晰明了的压力点,阻力也恰到好处。在28.5厘米(约11.2英寸)处,键盘也有完整的标准宽度。

TrackPad和TrackPoint

不再多说了。Z16拥有目前所有ThinkPad中最好也是最大的TrackPad(12 x 8厘米)。其表面是由哑光玻璃制成的,就像掌托一样。这具有极高的质量,也确保了理想的滑动特性。ClickPad的触觉电机,模拟真实的点击,也非常好。ClickPad可以在任何地方均匀地点击,与通常的机械式TrackPads相比,你只能在底部区域进行点击。凭借其高质量的触觉、软件实现和宽敞的尺寸,ThinkPad笔记本电脑可以非常舒适地使用触摸板进行操作。

与其他ThinkPad相比,舒适度稍差的是没有任何专用按键的TrackPoint。另一方面,如果你必须在打字时快速移动鼠标光标,TrackPoint仍然是一个不错的选择。在这种触觉解决方案中,集成的TrackPoint键比我们之前想象的要好。

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 8746 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 343500) Hz was measured.

测试条件

我们的测试是在困难的条件下进行的,因为Z16给我们带来了一些大问题。我们的第一个测试设备在激活Wi-Fi时不断重启。后来我们收到了一个交换设备,这在很大程度上解决了问题,而且替换的ThinkPad明显更稳定。

在Windows "最佳性能 "模式下,ThinkPad Z16的CPU的短期功率限制为65瓦,从长远来看,处理器可以消耗47瓦。

处理器

AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 6850H是2022年Rembrandt一代的处理器,作为H系列的芯片,其典型TDP为45瓦。它的八个核心(16个线程的超线程)的基本时钟速度为3.2 GHz,最高速度为4.7 GHz。关于与其他处理器的一些额外比较,我们推荐我们的 CPU比较列表.

联想ThinkPad Z16 Gen 1是第一款采用AMD-H系列的ThinkPad。在基准测试中,它取得了非常好的性能,尽管它在几个方面仍然落后于竞争对手。 英特尔第12代酷睿i处理器在单核和多核性能方面都更好,尽管在多核性能方面的优势并不持久。除了模拟基准测试外,M1 Pro和Max处理器也有优势。
