网络摄像头
联想 ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 的新功能是更高分辨率的网络摄像头,联想将这一规格提高到了 500 万像素。这使得图像更加清晰,但与前代产品的 1080p 网络摄像头相比,并无太大改进。
显示屏:哑光低功耗屏幕,反应时间慢
联想没有改变格式(16:10)或屏幕尺寸(对角线 14 英寸)。可用的屏幕选项(ThinkPad 的屏幕选项通常很多)也基本保持不变。与联想 ThinkPad T14 第 3 代联想取消了 WQUXGA(3,840 x 2,160)IPS 产品。取而代之的是,用户现在可以购买配备 2.8K (2,880 x 1,800) OLED 面板的联想 ThinkPad T14 4 代英特尔版。
我们的评测样本使用的可能是最受欢迎的一种,即 WUXGA 分辨率(1,920 x 1,200)的低功耗屏幕。联想销售的这款显示屏亮度值为 400 cd/m²。我们的测量结果显示,平均亮度为 369 cd/m²,低于承诺值。这意味着,在我们的比较中,T14 G4 英特尔显示屏落后于竞争对手--这并不一定完全正确,因为在屏幕质量方面存在一些差异。而联想总是使用几家不同的供应商;总是流行屏幕抽奖。
同样明显的是,屏幕的反应时间并不好。遗憾的是,这种低功耗液晶屏经常出现这种情况。EliteBook 845 G10 的 WQXGA 屏幕在这方面的表现要好得多。

性能:英特尔猛禽湖 U15 相当令人失望
联想 ThinkPad 以配置多样而著称。在 ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 Intel 上,联想让买家难以选择,因为有八种(!)CPU 可供选择:英特尔酷睿 i5-1335U, i5-1345U, i5-1340P, i5-1350P, i7-1355U, i7-1365U, i7-1360P和 i7-1370P.最大的区别是什么?后缀为 "P "的 CPU 拥有更多的性能内核和更高的功耗,其中 i7-1370P 是唯一拥有六个性能内核的 CPU。此外,还有 vPro 和非 vPro 之间的差异。
另一个区别:i7 型号包含 96 EU 的 Iris Xe,而 i5 型号则包含 80 EU 的 iGPU。此外,ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 英特尔版本还配备了英伟达GeForce MX550.
与 CPU 选择一样复杂的是内存的选择。ThinkPad T14 G4 有 DDR4-3200 和 DDR5-5200 两个版本。两者都有一些焊接内存,DDR4 型号为 8 GB,DDR5 配置为 16 GB。两种配置都有一个 SO-DIMM 插槽,因此内存最大容量分别为 40(DDR4)GB 和 48(DDR5)GB。但这只适用于 iGPU 机型,dGPU 机型有 16 或 32 GB 焊接式 LPDDR5X-6400 内存。
固态硬盘很好,很容易解释:只有一个 M.2 2280 插槽,通过 PCIe 4.0 连接。
测试条件
联想使用 Windows 设置来控制能耗配置文件和 CPU 速度。有三种配置文件可以调节处理器的功率限制,从而调节其功耗和速度。功耗限制 1 可以长期使用,而功耗限制 2 则适用于短期性能任务:
- 最佳电池寿命:PL1 11 瓦/PL2 11 瓦
- 平衡:PL1 14 瓦 / PL2 20 瓦
- 最佳性能:PL1 22.5 瓦 / PL2 50 瓦
处理器
使用 英特尔酷睿 i5-1335U,我们对联想 ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 的基本型号进行了评测。这颗 Raptor Lake i5 芯片属于 U15 系列,由 2 个性能核心和 8 个效率核心组成,设计 TDP 为 15 W。 在上一代英特尔 CPU 中,CPU 的功耗远高于标称 TDP。 最高时钟频率达到 4.6(P 核心)和 3.4 GHz(E 核心)。 通过超线程技术,CPU 拥有 12 个线程。如需更详细的比较,请参阅我们的 CPU 比较列表。
联想 ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 英特尔版的 CPU 性能总体上令人失望。所有竞争对手都有更好的表现。诚然,与 AMD 相比,英特尔处理器在单核性能方面具有优势,但当使用所有内核时,英特尔 ThinkPad 就被甩在了后面,英特尔 ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 处理器的单核性能仅次于 AMD。ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 英特尔也更快。值得一提的是,旧型号使用的是 P28 CPU,它多了两个 CPU 内核。此外,我们主要将性能低于平均水平的原因归咎于英特尔,因为 T14 Gen 4 的 PL2 为 22.5 W,其功耗仍高于该 CPU 标称的 15 W TDP - 近期的英特尔 CPU 非常耗电,在超极本设计中没有太大意义。
在电池模式下,我们没有发现 CPU 性能有任何限制。
