Galaxy A14 是三星 A 系列的入门机型。我们测试的是配备 4G 和 64 GB 存储空间的基本机型。即使是最小的 "A "智能手机,也会产生Galaxy 的感觉,还是设备已经过时?

与同价位手机一样,三星Galaxy A14 的外壳采用塑料材质。机身背面采用了纹理设计,握持感更强。三个摄像头的凸起从背面伸出,当手机放在桌子上时,输入时会摇晃。

这款智能手机的抗翘曲性能不错,使用时不会产生任何嘎吱嘎吱的声音。按键的着力点很好,但音量摇杆在我们的测试机上有些轻微的晃动。 电源键很容易用拇指触及,但要操作音量摇杆则需要伸长手掌。在测试期间,我们没有注意到智能手机上有任何划痕。 A14 的购买者不得不忍受没有 IP 认证的情况,而且 SIM 卡插槽周围也没有明显的密封条。

设备 -Galaxy A14,三卡槽

在Galaxy A13 和 A12 使用相同的 SoC 之后,三星为 A14 提供了升级,使用联发科 Helio G80 作为 CPU。它还配备了 Mali-G52 MP2 图形处理器。

测试机的 64GB 存储容量可通过使用 microSD 卡进行扩展。此外,这款智能手机还支持双 SIM 卡,可在一个三层插槽中接受两张物理 SIM 卡。另一个值得称赞的地方是,三星还在厚厚的边框上安装了一个 3.5 毫米音频接口。A14 还提供 NFC 功能,但 USB-C 连接仅支持 USB-2.0 标准。

microSD 读卡器

软件 - 三星承诺进行两次大规模Android 更新

Galaxy A14 预装了Android 13。三星在 5.1 版本中使用自己的 One UI 调整了基本软件。制造商承诺为 A14 提供两次大型软件更新和四年的安全更新。在本次测试时,安全补丁仍然是 2023 年 4 月的,因此我们假设更新周期为每季度一次。

在交付状态下,预装了一些第三方应用程序,如 Facebook、Otto 或 Market Guru,但它们都可以顺利卸载。另一方面,一些标准程序如计算器或秒表也没有安装,但你当然可以通过 Play Store 进行安装。

电话功能和语音质量 -Galaxy A14 运行正常

三星在Galaxy A14 上使用了自己的电话应用程序。该软件设计清晰,惊喜不多。Galaxy A14 支持无线局域网通话。

Galaxy A14 在语音质量方面没有表现出任何弱点。A14 用户的语音传输清晰,听筒的语音还原也不错。Galaxy A14 还能顺利地通过免提电话接听电话。总的来说,对背景噪音的抑制还可以做得更好,因为它们经常也会被传输。

录制视频并不是Galaxy A14 的强项之一。所有镜头的最高分辨率都是 30 FPS 的 FHD。背面主摄像头的自动对焦功能可快速、可靠地工作,但您仍然需要一只稳定的手,否则录制的视频很容易变得模糊。在操作相机、浏览模式或在相机和图库之间切换时,会出现一些明显的卡顿,操作并不流畅。这与 A14 的操作速度总体较慢有关。但快门释放的速度仍然很快。

配件和保修 -Galaxy A14 不含充电器

Galaxy A14 的随机附件非常有限。三星只随智能手机附送了一条 USB 数据线(Type-C 到 Type-C)、一本快速入门手册和一个 SIM 卡工具。我们在Galaxy A14 的包装盒中没有找到充电器或保护套。显示屏也没有保护盖。

在德国,三星为 A14 提供 24 个月的保修服务。Galaxy A14 一年的三星 Care+ 服务费为 24 欧元(约合 27 美元),如果加上防盗保护,一年的服务费为 33 欧元(约合 37 美元)。

输入设备和操作 - A14 键入时出现卡顿

三星使用自己的三星键盘输入。该软件提供了许多调整功能,可实现个性化输入。对于横向输入,键盘是分体式的,这有利于在大显示屏上打字。

触摸屏的滑动特性良好,在测试中没有出现输入错误。 不过,系统速度较低的问题在打字时甚至会很明显,输入的内容只能延迟显示,键盘动画也明显卡顿。

Galaxy A14 可以通过电源按钮上的指纹识别器或 2D 人脸识别解锁。指纹识别很可靠,但在解锁前设备需要思考一秒钟。人脸识别使用前置摄像头,因此不安全。在光线充足的情况下,人脸识别是可靠的,但 A14 在这方面并不是市场上最快的。

单从外观上看,Galaxy A14 的显示屏给人留下了不错的印象,但与同价位的竞争对手相比,其他产品的性价比更高。摩托罗拉 摩托罗拉 Moto G52Redmi Note 12就使用了 OLED 面板。

除了Poco M5 之外,所有对比设备的显示屏都更亮,色彩还原调整得更好。甚至Galaxy A13 的前代产品的面板在我们的所有测试中都取得了更好的效果。

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The frequency of 343500 Hz is quite high, so most users sensitive to PWM should not notice any flickering.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 8706 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 343500) Hz was measured.

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

扬声器 - 三星中的单声道扬声器

电池寿命

在日常操作中,智能手机的电池续航时间比预期的要好。这主要归功于 5000 毫安时的大容量电池和较低的待机功耗。只要不玩游戏,智能手机也可以使用一天半或两天再充电。

对于三星Galaxy A13 的前身,我们对其高分辨率显示屏赞不绝口,却对其薄弱的处理器颇有微词。尽管三星终于在性能方面做出了一些改进,但Galaxy A14 的速度无论如何都不算快。缓慢的 eMMC 存储肯定也是导致系统速度缓慢的原因之一。

虽然该机的显示屏在同价位产品中还算不错,但摩托罗拉或红米等其他制造商的同价位智能手机都配备了 90 甚至 120 Hz 的 OLED 面板。此外,三星显示屏的亮度也不高。

就价格而言,三星Galaxy A14 并不是一款糟糕的智能手机,但其他制造商提供的设备质量明显更高。
