外壳灰色巨型经典结构
与第一代产品相比,联想 ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 的外壳保持不变。 ThinkPad P16.这款目前最厚的 ThinkPad 笔记本电脑采用了与其他大多数机型截然不同的设计,选择了双色配色(暴风灰屏幕盖和键盘面板,黑色屏幕边框和底盖)以及不同的外形语言--底盖采用圆角设计,而不是像其他 ThinkPad 那样采用方形设计。与大多数现代 ThinkPad 不同的是,这款产品采用了经典的顶部底座铰链设计,边框相当大,尽管已经比老款 P 系列的边框要小。

很明显,联想 ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 是本次对比中最大、最重的工作站。规格和定位最接近的是 惠普 ZBook Fury 16 G10重量比它轻 400 克,体积和厚度也略小一些。
连接性ThinkPad P16 G2 端口丰富
端口选择和位置与前面的 联想 ThinkPad P16 G1.这两款产品的端口都非常出色,四面都有端口,并且都有传统端口和三个 USB C 端口,其中两个支持 Thunderbolt 4。我们非常怀念的是 RJ45 以太网,ThinkPad 工作站曾经拥有的功能,如 ThinkPad P15 G2和 ThinkPad P17 G2运动型 2.5 GBit 以太网。

交流

安全
作为一款企业级设备,联想 ThinkPad P16 G2 拥有大量的安全选项。首先,它拥有专用的 TPM 2.0 安全芯片。在机身外部,有一个智能卡读卡器,这对大公司非常有用。ThinkPad 工作站有一个用于防盗的 Kensington 锁插槽、一个指纹识别器和一个红外摄像头,可通过 Windows Hello 安全登录。
配件
除了配备专有 Slim tip 插头的 170 瓦充电器外,包装盒内没有任何附件。
维护
维护方式与 ThinkPad P16 G1 基本相同:一半的内存插槽和一个固态硬盘托架位于底部小检修门的下方。其余的位于用户可更换的键盘下方,可选 WWAN 卡的开放式 M.2 插槽也位于此处。这两个步骤都很简单,现在大多数笔记本电脑都没有可拆卸键盘,即使在工作站领域也是如此。要进入冷却系统和内部电池则比较麻烦,因为必须卸下整个底盖,并用许多螺丝固定。但这也是可行的。

保修
我们评测的这款联想 ThinkPad P16 G2 德国版保修期为 36 个月,包括现场服务和 Premier 支持。电池的保修期为 12 个月。在国际上,这款设备的保修期为 36 个月,但不提供现场服务,只提供上门服务。

键盘

在键盘布局方面,ThinkPad P16 G2 与其他 16 英寸 ThinkPad 一样,采用了我们熟悉的布局。它的右侧有一个专用的数字键盘,这意味着整个键盘向左移动。当然,如果你需要数字键盘,这也是一种值得的牺牲。与 ThinkPad 笔记本电脑一样,键盘的布局也非常出色,F 键和专用导航键都有分组。
触摸板
光滑的塑料触摸板与之前的 ThinkPad P16 大小相同。它是一块传统的机械点击板,只能在触摸板的下半部分按压。但我们不禁要问,为什么联想认为有必要通过使用塑料表面而不是更高质量的玻璃来节省成本。当然,对于联想的目标客户来说,在如此昂贵的机器上,这不应该是一个预算问题。
除了触摸板,联想 ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 当然还配备了红色 TrackPoint 指点杆。它是 ThinkPad 品牌的主打产品,可以用来控制鼠标,工作非常精确,在某些任务中可以胜过触摸板--戴手套使用、在飞机或火车等狭小空间使用笔记本电脑以及简单的拖放操作。触摸板上方的专用扁平 TrackPoint 按钮可与指点杆配合使用,鼠标中键用于滚动。

系统噪音
风扇的噪音特性喜忧参半。空转时,与 HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 相比,联想 ThinkPad P16 G2 的风扇开启得更快。 惠普 ZBook Fury 16 G10.在最大负载情况下,风扇的噪音比惠普大得多,最大可达 56 dB(a)。不过,在中等负载下,联想 ThinkPad 笔记本电脑比惠普更安静。因此,说联想笔记本电脑的噪音更大,并不是在任何情况下都适用的。有趣的是,惠普拥有速度更快的 RTX 5000 Ada,因此配备该芯片的 ThinkPad P16 G2 的性能可能会优于 ZBook,这要归功于风扇在最大负载下的噪音。
