外壳:MateBook D 14采用坚固的一体成型设计
华为MateBook D 14的别致的一体成型外壳为太空灰,即亚光蓝灰色。神秘的银色只提供给较大的 MateBook D 15.一体成型的外壳非常坚固,有一种非常高质量的感觉,在做工上没有发现任何缺陷。

键盘
华为MateBook D 14的键盘是全宽的,提供了比联想ThinkPad更大的按键。 联想ThinkPads或 HP EliteBooks.

14英寸MateBook的哑光16:9 IPS显示屏提供了1920x1080的足够高的分辨率,但是亮度不理想,为265 cd/m²,至少在户外使用时是这样。
对比度和黑色水平还不错,分别为1075:1和0.265 cd/m²。在没有明显灰雾的情况下,黑色看起来真的很黑。灰色到灰色和黑色到白色的延迟不是很快,所以重影是明显的,虽然不是特别明显。在京东方的面板上,背光渗漏也只是稍微明显。
在我们的测试领域中,大多数竞争的笔记本电脑提供了明显更好的显示器,具有更高的亮度、对比度和色彩值。MateBook使用PWM来调节亮度,在所有低于90%的亮度水平上,频率为6kHz。由于频率很高,对于敏感的眼睛来说,这不应该是一个问题。
