外壳和功能 - 铝镁合金外壳,无 USB 4 接口
Medion S20 的外壳由铝和镁混合制成,结构坚固,重量相对较轻。它的重量为 2.1 千克,尺寸为 39.6 x 25.3 x 2.5 厘米,尽管采用了 17.3 英寸显示屏,但仍相对便携。整体做工扎实,给人留下了高品质的印象。最大开启角度略低于 160 度,铰链坚固且安静。不过,无法实现单手开启。
共有 5 个 USB 端口:3 个 USB-A 端口和 2 个 USB-C 端口。但遗憾的是,这些接口仅为 USB 3.2 Gen 1,这意味着无法使用数据传输率更高的 USB 4 或 Thunderbolt 4。USB-C 端口至少提供 DP Alt-Mode 和 Power Delivery 功能。因此,该笔记本电脑总共可连接三台外接显示器(1x HDMI、2x DP)。

输入设备 - 发光按键、全尺寸键盘和大尺寸触控板
Medion S20 笔记本电脑的外壳很大,可容纳一个带四列数字键盘的全尺寸键盘。键盘采用 Chiclet 键盘样式,打字手感非常好,不过按压点可以稍软一些。我们的机型上的 1 键也有问题,经常没有反应。得益于坚固的铝镁合金外壳,键盘在键入时不会出现松动。我们还喜欢全尺寸的方向键和回车键。
带有玻璃表面的触控板非常大(约 14 x 9.7 厘米),但仍有垂直操作的空间。触控板的问题在于,只有下部三分之一的位置可以真正点击,即便如此也要用非常大的力气。
显示屏 - 17.3 英寸 IPS 显示屏,具有弱点
17.3 英寸屏幕的分辨率为 1,920 x 1,080 像素,像素密度相对较低。与竞争对手的机型相比,如 联想 IdeaPad Pro 5 G9 或 三星Galaxy Book4 Edge 16Medion S20 的大显示屏分辨率最低。IPS 显示屏的色彩覆盖率也不是特别好,因此这款笔记本肯定不适合专业图像编辑。不过,372 尼特的亮度相当稳定,再加上磨砂涂层,Medion S20 笔记本在户外使用也没有任何问题。

系统性能
在日常使用中,使用传统的办公、互联网和多媒体应用程序时,我们没有发现该笔记本有任何问题。不过,系统基准测试表明,该机型的性能始终比 Ultra 7 155H 的竞争机型差。性能下降的部分原因是某些竞争机型的功耗限制较高,部分原因是许多竞争机型提供了更快的内存。不过,正如前面提到的,该机型完全可以胜任多媒体设备的角色,而且考虑到其尺寸和明显低于竞争对手的价格,我们认为其性能已经足够。
