Pavilion Plus 14 的端口选择还算不错。英特尔机型比 AMD 机型多了一个 Thunderbolt 4 端口,而 AMD 机型只有一个 USB 3.2 Type-C 端口。

Display Response Times

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The display backlight flickers at 120 Hz (worst case, e.g., utilizing PWM) Flickering detected at a brightness setting of 100 % and below. There should be no flickering or PWM above this brightness setting.

The frequency of 120 Hz is very low, so the flickering may cause eyestrain and headaches after extended use.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 8492 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 343500) Hz was measured.

惠普提供两种型号的Pavilion Plus 14 酷睿 i5-1335U和酷睿 i7-1355U 两种选择。myHP 应用程序只提供平衡电源配置文件,因此我们使用 Windows 电源管理设置为最佳性能来进行所有基准测试。

Pavilion Plus 14 Core i7 在整体 CPU 基准测试中大大落后于搭载 AMD Ryzen 7 7840U 的同类产品。这在意料之中,因为酷睿 i7-1355U 只提供了两个带超线程的 P 核心,其余都是 E 核心。

尽管 Core i7-1355U 的单核成绩通常与 8C/16T Ryzen 7 7840U 相当或略微领先,但这取决于基准测试。

系统噪音

使用 Prime95 就地大型 FFT 对Pavilion Plus 14 进行的压力测试表明,酷睿 i7-1355U 的峰值封装功耗为 42 W,频率提升高达 2.85 GHz。不过,在测试过程中,这些值分别稳定在 18.5 W 和 1.74 GHz 的平均值。

在加入 FurMark 后,集成的 Iris Xe Graphics 可以瞬间使用 20.3 W 的功率并将频率提升到 1,300 MHz,但总体功率不能超过 4 W。不过,在 1080p 超高速运行 Witcher 3 时,iGPU 的 功耗为 9.23 W,平均频率可提升至 1,177 MHz。
