交流

安全

移动工作站属于商务笔记本电脑的范畴。对于联想 ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 Intel 来说,安全功能的选择范围很广。其中包括 Kensington 锁插槽、专用 TPM 芯片、智能卡读卡器、指纹识别器和红外网络摄像头,以便使用 Windows Hello 快速登录。此外,ThinkPad 笔记本电脑还配备了物理网络摄像头快门,以提高私密性。

维护

可持续性

输入设备:已知的高品质 ThinkPad 键盘

联想 ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 英特尔版的输入设备与其他 2022 和 2023 款 ThinkPad 基本相同。联想在舒适的背光键盘(两级)(1.5 毫米行程,略微凹陷的 Chiclet 键,布局合理)下面放置了一块经典的机械点击板(11.5 x 6 厘米)。它由塑料制成,因此质量不如一些同类玻璃触控板,但在可用性方面,我们没有什么可抱怨的。另外,红色的 ThinkPad TrackPoint 配有三个专用按键,中间的按键用于滚动。在这种情况下,由 ELAN 生产的 TrackPoint 可以完美地实现鼠标指向功能,是触摸板的绝佳替代品。

值得注意的是,FN 键仍然是这款 ThinkPad 键盘上最靠左的键,这也是迄今为止 ThinkPad 的典型特征。在新款 2024 ThinkPad 上,联想将 Ctrl 键和 FN 键进行了调换。如果一个人习惯于这种特殊的排列方式,那么这对 P14s G4 来说可能是个利好消息。

竞争对手使用的都是 IPS 屏幕,在响应时间和对比度方面无法与联想 ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 Intel 的 OLED 屏幕相比。AMD P14s G4 和惠普 ZBook Firefly 14 G10 都使用了分辨率较低的 WUXGA 液晶屏,而戴尔Precision 5490 则采用了 WQXGA(2,560 x 1,600)显示屏--在屏幕亮度方面,这种 IPS 面板(485 cd/m²)是唯一能击败 ThinkPad 有机屏幕(432 cd/m²)的屏幕。

OLED 屏幕的典型特点是使用脉宽调制(PWM)来调光。360 Hz 的频率并不算极低,但有时仍会出现问题。

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The frequency of 360 Hz is relatively high, so most users sensitive to PWM should not notice any flickering. However, there are reports that some users are still sensitive to PWM at 500 Hz and above, so be aware.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 8705 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 343500) Hz was measured.

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.
