戴尔Inspiron 14 7420二合一产品直接取代了去年的16：9 灵感14 7400或7415二合一，引入了全新的16:10机箱设计和英特尔第12代Alder Lake-U处理器选项。事实上，它是首批配备此类英特尔CPU的消费机型之一。与更专业的Latitude 系列或旗舰XPS系列不同，Inspiron系列的目标是学生和预算更紧张的休闲家庭或办公室用户。

箱子 - 麦拉尔掌垫

连接性 - 不支持Thunderbolt

输入设备--反馈可以更有力
键盘
键盘布局与Inspiron 14 7415二合一的键盘保持一致，尽管机箱经过了重新设计。打字的体验是令人满意的，而且咔哒声最小，但有点软的反馈需要适应。特别是软的空格键，如果能按得更紧，反馈就会更强。
触摸板
Precision 点击板相对较大（约11.5 x 8厘米），比上一代机型的点击板大14%。与大多数其他笔记本电脑上的点击板不同，其顶部边缘采用了风格化设计，与周围的掌托融为一体。牵引力在中高速时是平稳的，而较慢的速度则倾向于坚持更准确的点击或拖放。
在点击板上点击需要很大的力气，这可能会使它在使用一段时间后感到疲惫。反馈并不像我们希望的那样强烈，行程也很浅。你会想在较长时间内使用一个外部鼠标。
显示屏--清晰，但色彩还原有限
Inspiron 14 7420二合一的16:10 14英寸京东方NV14N42 IPS面板是第一次出现在我们的数据库中，因为上一代16:9的Inspiron 14 7400将使用奇美面板代替。然而，无论好坏，除了更大的16:10长宽比之外，京东方的面板似乎并没有比老的奇美面板提供多少东西。不幸的是，关键属性，如对比度、色彩、亮度和响应时间，在两代Inspiron之间没有改善。如果这些显示功能对你的日常工作负荷很重要，那么你仍然需要考虑戴尔的一个更高端的选择，而不是像XPS 13 2合1或Latitude9420二合一.
