英特尔刚刚发布了代号为 "流星湖"(Meteor Lake)的第 14 代移动处理器。我们熟悉的酷睿 i5 和酷睿 i7 芯片现在被称为酷睿 Ultra 5 和酷睿 Ultra 7。英特尔还放弃了前两代主要用于 28W 级的 P 系列阵容。与前几年一样,你现在又可以在 U 系列型号和 H 系列型号之间进行选择,它们涵盖了非常宽的 TDP 范围。我们有机会测试了新的 英特尔酷睿至尊 7 155H的直接后续产品。 酷睿 i7-13700H的直接继承者。此外,还有一些重大的技术变化,我们将在下文中一一介绍。

概述 英特尔酷睿 Ultra-H 和英特尔酷睿 Ultra-U

由于新的移动处理器阵容发生了一些变化,因此我们首先要对其进行概述。基本上有两种类型:TDP 在 15-57 瓦之间的 Core Ultra U 型号和 TDP 在 28-115 瓦之间的 Core Ultra H 芯片。这意味着 U 系列与之前的型号保持一致,而新的 H 系列则取代了之前的 Raptor Lake-P 型号,如 酷睿 i7-1360P以及 Raptor Lake-H45 芯片,如 酷睿 i7-13700H酷睿 i9-13900H.

所有新处理器都提供总共 10 个效率内核(稍后详述),只是性能内核的数量因型号而异。高端芯片 酷睿至尊 155HCore Ultra 7 165H 和 Core Ultra 9 185H 拥有 6 个快速性能核心,这与之前的 H45 处理器(如 Core i7-13700H)类似。这三款新 CPU 共提供 16 个内核/22 个线程。酷睿至尊 5 135J 和酷睿至尊 5 125H 这两款新处理器只有 4 个性能核心,因此它们几乎是酷睿 i7-1360P 等 Raptor Lake-P 芯片的直接继承者。所有新的 H 系列型号还配备了新的 Arc GPU,配备 8 个 Xe 内核(酷睿至尊 7 和酷睿至尊 9)或 7 Xe 内核(Core Ultra 5)。

普通 U 系列芯片和 H 系列型号可配备高达 64GB LPDDR5/x-7467-RAM 或高达 96GB DDR5-5600 内存。2024 年还将推出两款 TDP 更低的 U 系列芯片,功率范围在 9-30 瓦之间,同样配备速度较慢的 LPDDR5x-6400 内存。所有新的酷睿 Ultra 移动处理器还配备了专用的 NPU(神经处理器),有两个 Gen3 神经计算引擎。

规格 - Meteor Lake,采用芯片组设计和 7 纳米计算芯片

Meteor Lake 处理器在设计上的主要变化是从单片设计转变为芯片/瓦片设计,即芯片由多个部分组成。这种方法有一定的优势,包括更好的扩展能力,而且不必在同一节点上制造所有的芯片。Meteor Lake 由四种不同的芯片组成:SoC 瓦片是具有所有基本功能的主要组件,计算瓦片包括 P 核和 E 核、GPU 瓦片以及 I/O 瓦片。计算芯片采用新的英特尔4工艺制造,是英特尔首款7纳米芯片。其他芯片均由台积电制造(SoC 和 I/O 芯片:台积电 N6,GPU 芯片:台积电 N5)。不过,芯片组设计也导致功耗略高。

新处理器的关键部分是 SoC 芯片,它包括所有重要功能,甚至还有两个专用的低功耗高效内核。它还包括媒体引擎、显示引擎和新的 NPU。这意味着在处理基本任务时无需激活计算或图形处理器磁盘,从而节省了电能。英特尔宣传说,闲置场景甚至 Netflix 流媒体等内容都可以由 SoC 芯片单独处理。显然,我们必须亲自测试一下,但我们怀疑,当还有一些后台任务时,两个高效内核是否足够。

新款 Meteor Lake 芯片的计算芯片是首款采用英特尔 4 工艺(7 纳米)制造的芯片。它由 2-6 个高性能内核(Redwood Cove)和 8 个效率更高的高效内核(Crestmont)组成。新的 GPU 瓦片由 4、7 或 8 个 Xe 内核组成,英特尔也使用了不同的名称。新的 4 核 GPUU 系列芯片的 4 核 GPU 被简单地称为 Intel Graphics,而 H 系列的 7 核或 8 核版本则被称为 Intel Arc GPU。除了 SoC 芯片中的专用 NPU 外,两个计算和 GPU 芯片还可根据要求用于人工智能工作负载。

测试系统

我们有机会在两款笔记本电脑上看到了新的流星湖酷睿 7 155H:新的华硕 ZenBook 14 和新的宏碁 Swift Go 14。我们想说的是,这两款产品都不是最终零售机,因此在交付给客户之前,可能会对软件和驱动程序进行一些优化。宏碁 Swift Go 14 的 TDP 设置为 55/45 瓦,华硕 ZenBook 14 为 50/33 瓦。我们的功耗测量仅限于宏碁 Swift Go 14。两款笔记本均配备 32GB LPDDR5x-7467 内存,GPU 驱动程序版本为 31.0.101.5122。新款宏碁 Swift Go 14 的深度评测即将发布。

审查程序

为了对不同的处理器和图形适配器进行有意义的比较,我们不仅要看合成基准测试的性能结果,还要看功耗,从而得出效率。所有功耗测量都是在外接式屏幕上进行的,因此我们可以排除不同面板类型对结果造成的影响。请记住,我们测量的是整个系统的功耗,并不完全依赖于显示的 CPU 和 GPU 功耗值。

单核性能与效率

我们已经提到,底层架构没有改变,但根据英特尔的说法,它得到了进一步完善。让我们颇感意外的是,与之前的 Raptor Lake 芯片相比,其单核性能实际上要低一些。新的酷睿至尊 7 155H 反而更接近 AMD 目前的 Zen4 处理器,但新的流星湖芯片显然被Apple的 M3 代以及高通的 骁龙 X 精英.我们的结果与英特尔的参考分数基本一致,因此单核性能大致相同。

多核性能与效率

我们的多核测试显示了性能的提升,最好的对比处理器是酷睿 i7-13700H,它也提供 6 个性能内核,共有 20 个线程。而酷睿 i7-1360P 只有 4 个性能内核(16 个线程),而且我们已经多次证明,在 40 瓦时,酷睿 i7-1360P 的运行速度比酷睿 i7-13700H 慢。Core Ultra 7 155H 多了两个效率核心(共 22 个线程),因此多核性能略胜一筹也就不足为奇了。不过,性能取决于功率限制,采用酷睿至尊 7 155H 的两台设备比申克 Vision 14(45/40 瓦)中的酷睿 i7-13700H 略快,但比微软 Surface Laptop Studio 2(82/50 瓦)中的酷睿 i7-13700H 略慢。酷睿至尊 7 155H 的 TDP 值范围在 28-115 瓦之间,因此不同笔记本电脑的实际多核性能会有很大差异。

GPU 性能和效率

提高空转和轻载工作时的效率

英特尔的营销材料声称,在空闲和较轻的工作负载(包括 Netflix 流媒体)时,可以显著降低功耗,而这些负载应该由 SoC 芯片的两个低功耗内核单独处理,因此可以关闭计算芯片。我们将在接下来的几天里核实这些说法,并据此更新本文。不过,在最终驱动程序和软件版本推出之前,我们可能还需要等待一段时间。

我们对新款英特尔流星湖处理器的初步测试结果 酷睿至尊 7 155H结果相当令人沮丧,尤其是在 CPU 性能方面。我们的结果与英特尔提供的参考分数基本一致,因此软件更新在这方面应该不会有太大影响。CPU 的整体性能与 Raptor Lake 处理器基本相同,但新的 H 系列芯片的 TDP 范围更广(28-115 瓦),因此不同笔记本电脑的多核性能差异会很大。

在效率方面,我们仍持谨慎态度,希望等到最终的零售样品出来后再下定论。目前的结果表明,无论是单核还是多核,在负载情况下的效率都略有提高。不过,英特尔仍然远远落后于 AMD 和Apple ,尽管零售机的效率数字仍在提高。目前,我们还无法对英特尔宣称的空闲和轻度工作负载时的效率做出任何评价,人工智能性能也是如此。

英特尔的 Meteor Lake 大幅提升了 GPU 性能,也能击败 AMD 的 Radeon 780M。不过,CPU 性能和负载下的 CPU 效率都没有太大变化。

新的 Arc GPU 的情况要好一些,但你必须记住,它们是为新的 H 系列处理器准备的。至少在合成基准测试中,英特尔的性能提升非常明显,甚至击败了 AMD 的 Radeon 780M。虽然在实际游戏基准测试中情况有所变化,但我们相信驱动程序的更新可以改善这一状况。在接下来的几天里,我们还将增加更多近期游戏的基准测试,并测试英特尔的 XeSS 升频技术。除了性能的提升,Arc GPU 的效率也有所提高,几乎与 Radeon 780M 不相上下。

你可能会认为,取消 P 系列后,更容易找到合适的处理器,但事实并非如此。如前所述,H 系列芯片现在覆盖的 TDP 范围更广,客户只是不知道他们会得到怎样的性能。AMD 的 Zen4 处理器(4 纳米)在较低的 TDP 范围(28 瓦)内仍然是更好的选择,而且散热解决方案不必应对巨大的短期功率限制。Apple 新一代 M3 处理器(3 纳米)在性能和效率方面都进一步提高了标准。

我们对酷睿 Ultra U 系列芯片也有些担心,因为它仍然配备了两个高性能内核。新闻资料中几乎没有提到它们,而且它们也没有配备快速的 Arc GPU,只有配备 4 个 Xe 内核的较慢版本,其性能可能与我们熟悉的 Iris Xe Graphics G7(96 欧)相当。
