外壳 - 简单而实用

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The frequency of 360 Hz is relatively high, so most users sensitive to PWM should not notice any flickering. However, there are reports that some users are still sensitive to PWM at 500 Hz and above, so be aware.

性能 - AMD 定制 APU 0405,功耗低

测试条件

Steam Deck 没有为用户提供电源控制选项。APU 的最大供电功率为 15 瓦,与Ayaneo KunAsus ROG Ally Z1 Extreme 等竞争对手相比,Steam Deck 的功率似乎偏低。即使是小型Ayaneo Air 中的AMD Ryzen 7 7840U ,其功耗也高达 25 瓦。不过,Stream Deck 中的 APU 处理器内核较少,因此 GPU CPU 也比竞争对手少。

系统性能

无论是桌面模式还是游戏模式,Steam Deck OLED 总能给人留下深刻印象。尽管处理器不算高端,但我们在实际测试中使用这款掌上电脑时几乎没有遇到任何限制。它的响应速度与 One X Player 2 Pro 或联想Legion Go 不相上下。这可能也要归功于精简的 Linux 系统。配合 Wine、Bottles 和 Lutris 等工具,Windows 应用程序与 Discovery Center 提供的许多 Linux 程序一样运行流畅。

游戏性能

现在我们来谈谈 Steam Deck 最重要的方面,即游戏性能。由于采用了 RDNA 2 GPU,Steam Deck 的性能相对较好,但目前的游戏掌机配备的 780M.去年年初,我们仔细研究了 Linux/Chrome OS 下的 Steam,发现 Proton 无法运行 DirectX 12 游戏。现在这一限制已不再适用。事实上,我们可以在 Steam、Epic、GoG 和亚马逊 Prime Gaming 上玩各种游戏库中的所有游戏。在此过程中,我们没有发现任何质量下降。

遗憾的是,Steam Deck 拒绝在 Linux 下安装 MangoHud 或其他 FPS 记录工具。据推测,这些工具可能会与 Valve 开发的软件发生冲突,因为 Steam Deck 有一个显示性能数据和 FPS 的内置覆盖层。这意味着在我们的测试中无法选择运行Witcher 3 或《棘轮与叮当》(Ratchet and Clank)等手动基准测试。

由于 APU 的最大功率为 15 瓦,Steam Deck 的散热量并不大。在这个性能范围内,一些笔记本电脑甚至可以使用被动散热。因此,在使用 Prime95 和 Furmark 进行了一个小时的压力测试后,手持设备并没有发热或产生噪音。改进后的风扇产生的最大噪音为 40 dB(A)。与 Steam Deck LCD 相比,Valve 在这一点上做了很大改动。
