底盘:塑料外壳有点吱吱作响
联想采用了 联想 ThinkPad T14 第 3 代没有任何变化。从质量上看,深灰色的 ThinkPad T14 G4 的定位低于 ThinkPad T14s G4,但高于 ThinkPad L14 G4.整个外壳由塑料制成,表面有一层黑色磨砂涂层;内部有一个镁合金框架。这使得 ThinkPad 笔记本电脑非常坚固,但与全金属笔记本电脑相比,机身硬度较低。
这台设备有一个非常恼人的方面:设备右前角有一点吱吱作响。而同样结构的联想 ThinkPad T14 G4 Intel 却没有出现这种情况。联想应该能更好地控制这种质量差异。
质量较高的是带有银色金属盖的下拉式铰链,它们不会晃动。单手打开屏幕是不可能的。ThinkPad 的最大打开角度为 180 度。
联想 ThinkPad T14 G4 与惠普的 EliteBook 845 G10.与 戴尔Latitude 7440 和 ThinkPad T14s G4 相比 ,它的重量稍重。在尺寸方面,这四款商务机型不相上下,只有戴尔略微小巧一些。
连接性带 RJ45 接口的 ThinkPad 笔记本电脑
联想 ThinkPad T14 的一个显著特点是配备了 RJ45 以太网端口,这在目前的笔记本电脑上已是罕见的标准配置。这使该机型有别于 ThinkPad T14s G4的区别。与该系列相比,ThinkPad T14 G4 AMD 只配备了一个 USB4 端口。这与 ThinkPad T14 G4 英特尔一样,拥有两个 Thunderbolt 4 端口。
交流
联想使用高通 WCN685x 作为 AMD ThinkPads 的主要通信解决方案。这个 2x2 模块支持 WiFi 6E 标准,在 6 GHz 频谱下也能提供很高的传输速率。
作为 WiFi 的替代方案,还提供千兆以太网端口。此外,联想 ThinkPad T14 G4 还可选配 4G LTE。评测机可进行 WWAN 升级。
网络摄像头
联想将网络摄像头的分辨率从 1080p 升级到了 500 万像素。在理想的光线条件下,画面确实明显更清晰。在较暗的光线下,图像质量会迅速下降。智能手机的摄像头还是要好得多。
安全
企业笔记本电脑以其广泛的安全功能而闻名。联想 ThinkPad T14 G4 就是一个很好的例子:除了 Kensington 锁插槽外,评测设备还配备了专用的 TPM 2.0 芯片。为了实现快速、安全的登录,联想为 ThinkPad 配备了指纹识别器和用于 Windows Hello 的红外摄像头。此外,网络摄像头还配备了机械式隐私快门。
配件
除了 65 W USB C 充电器外,包装盒中没有其他设备。
维护
与其他类别的设备相比,商务笔记本电脑几乎总是更容易打开和维修。背面和侧面总共有七颗十字螺丝和几个夹子。拧松螺丝后,ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 的内部结构就显露出来了。遗憾的是,升级该机型的方法并不多。AMD 机型的内存始终焊接在下面,而英特尔机型则不同。WiFi 芯片也是板载的。只有固态硬盘可以升级,还有一个开放式的 M.2 2242 插槽,可用于选配 WWAN 模块。电池只需用螺丝拧紧,散热系统可以轻松清洁。
该机型还有一个如今很少见的特殊功能:用户可更换键盘。这是与其他更薄的 ThinkPad 的重要区别。键盘是一个消耗性部件,因此可以轻松更换是非常有用的。
保修
此次评测的笔记本电脑是一款专为学生设计的机型,保修期为三年,提供现场服务和顶级支持,内置电池的保修期也更长。保修期为三年,可选择升级到五年。此款德国机型仅在德国提供现场服务和顶级支持。在国际上,则提供上门服务。
输入设备没有缺陷的 ThinkPad
键盘
与上一代产品相比,联想没有改变输入设备。总的来说,这意味着带有 1.5 毫米行程和微凹按键的 Chiclet 键盘采用了 ThinkPad 的典型布局,并带有两级 LED 键灯。这种布局的好处之一是方向键间距适中。另一方面,FN/Ctrl 键的排列方式对许多用户来说并不常见。光滑按键的打字手感非常好,虽然不像以前那么豪华。尽管如此,它仍然是市场上最好的笔记本键盘之一。
触摸板
与键盘一样,触摸板和 TrackPoint 也没有变化。触摸板采用塑料表面,尺寸略低于平均水平,集成了点击机制,但实际上只有下半部可以点击。触摸板足够光滑,手指可以毫不费力地滑动,但也非常容易脏污。主观上的质量感觉与玻璃触摸板不太一样。不过点击机构非常出色,没有任何晃动。同样优质的还有红色的 TrackPoint,它可以与触摸板上方的专用鼠标键一起使用。用户只需按压橡胶盖即可轻松控制鼠标,专用按键既安静又顺滑。总而言之,这些都是非常出色的输入设备,能让用户获得愉悦的工作体验。
