机箱 - EliteBook 16,银色金属机箱

银色铝制机身的所有边缘都是圆角。金属材质使底座非常坚固,我们在扭转测试中只听到了轻微的嘎吱声。显示屏盖也相当坚固,但自然更容易弯曲。只有显示屏周围的边框由光滑的黑色塑料制成。盖子前端有一个凹槽,可以单手打开笔记本电脑。

机盖可向后折叠近 180 度。中间长长的铰链也很牢固,但在打开或轻微晃动后,显示屏仍会有短暂的轻微晃动。触摸板左上角和右上角上方有两个小橡胶垫,可确保合上盖子时显示屏不会被键盘面板刮伤。

EliteBook 的尺寸偏小。竞争对手通常要深几毫米或宽几毫米。不过,在厚度方面并非总是如此,因为无论是 宏碁 Swift Edge三星Galaxy Book都比 EliteBook 薄得多。另一方面,两款 ThinkPad 的厚度稍厚,这意味着就厚度而言,865 G10 处于中间位置。

对于一款超极本来说,输入/输出选项相当不错。共有四个 USB 端口:两个 Type-A 和两个 Type-C。

不过,EliteBook 缺少一个 SD 读卡器和一个 LAN 端口。无论如何,在这个级别的笔记本电脑上缺少后者并不奇怪。有趣的功能包括一个智能卡读卡器和一个支持 LTE 的 SIM 卡插槽。

所有端口都位于两侧靠后的位置,这样在使用鼠标时可以给手部提供更多空间。HDMI 和 USB-A 端口之间的距离可以稍远一些。

连接性

由于笔记本电脑没有以太网端口,因此 Wi-Fi 起着特别重要的作用。与HP Spectre x360 16 (支持 Wi-Fi 7)不同,HP EliteBook 使用的是 Realtek Wi-Fi 6E 网卡。

传输速度非常好,但上一代机型使用的高通适配器的效果略好。

网络摄像头

惠普为 G10 配备了与 Windows Hello 兼容的 500 万像素红外网络摄像头。虽然前代产品也配备了 500 万像素的红外摄像头,但它只能拍摄分辨率为 370 万像素(2,560 x 1,440 像素)的照片。相比之下,现在的机型可以拍摄 3,840 x 2,160 像素的图像。

撇开分辨率不谈,根据我们的测量,色差也太大了。这主要是因为网络摄像头倾向于在某些区域严重曝光过度,以避免主体显得太暗。


网络摄像头的一些功能也可以通过 myHP 软件进行控制,包括自动取景、分辨率和一些图像增强(或恶化)选项,如 "自然色调"(增强肤色并使图像呈现红色)和 "外观滤镜"。后者似乎只是柔化了图像,使图像变得模糊。

一个有趣的功能可能是 "混合器 "选项。当连接了多台摄像机时,您可以使用该选项来安排不同的馈送,甚至是流媒体,就像某种 OBS 超级精简版。

惠普试图通过一系列安全功能和软件来吸引买家。首先,我们的评测机配备了指纹扫描仪。不过,根据惠普的脚注,并非所有 SKU 都配备了这种扫描仪,而是必须在配置过程中选择的可选功能。

除了一个 USB-C 充电器和一些文件外,包装中没有其他额外物品。

惠普在保修方面有些含糊其辞。制造商提到了为期一年的有限保修(1/1/0),包括一年的部件和人工保修,以及三年的次工作日现场硬件支持服务(含差旅)。

当我们在惠普网站上输入序列号时,系统只显示保修期为一年。惠普为笔记本电脑提供了无数的延保选项,但需要额外付费(见截图)。

升级和维护

底盖由五颗简单的十字头固定螺钉固定,这意味着用户不太可能不小心弄混或放错螺钉。拧松螺丝后,最简单的方法就是从显示屏后面掀开底盖。

一般来说,内部的大部分硬件都可以维护或更换,包括风扇、电池、固态硬盘、内存、Wi-Fi 适配器和 WWAN 模块。不过,有几个组件位于牢固连接的金属护罩下面,其中一些还用胶带进一步连接和固定。这样就很难接触到这些组件,可能会阻碍一些用户进行维护。

输入设备 - 舒适安静地打字和点击

键盘

与往常一样,惠普为 G10 设计了非常整洁的键盘布局,包括一个数字键盘。电源键的位置(顶行中间,打印和删除键之间)和半高的上下方向键则稍显不理想。

这些按键之间有一定的间隙,但本身却很小(约 1.5 厘米或 0.6 英寸)。按键的行程短而适中,但反馈清晰,很容易感觉到。即便如此,按键的声音还是非常小。因此,这款键盘可以让你快速键入,整体感觉非常出色。在 EliteBook 865 G10 的键盘上书写是一种愉悦的体验。

触摸板

触摸板尺寸适中(约 12.7 x 8.5 厘米,或 5 x 3.3 英寸),表面非常光滑,即使缓慢移动手指也几乎没有阻力。多点触摸手势也能顺利识别。集成按钮的点击点清晰明确,工作稳定。按键发出的 "嗒嗒 "声非常柔和悦耳。不过,在游戏等极端应用中,触摸板的输入和响应之间可能会有轻微延迟(例如在Witcher 3 中)。

去年,我们已经批评过 G9 的显示屏(实际上可以达到 1000 尼特)的 Sure View 隐私滤镜。惠普显然没有听进去,因为隐私滤镜对 G10 来说仍然是祸而不是福。这款笔记本电脑采用了 InfoVision 生产的 16 英寸 IPS 面板。这是一款 1200p 显示屏,宽高比为 16:10,刷新率仅为 60Hz。它的亮度应该可以达到 1000 尼特。但问题就是从这里开始的。

我们测得的最大峰值亮度为 865 尼特,而整个面板的平均亮度 "只有 "724 尼特,大约低了 140 尼特!这是因为,尤其是最下面一行的三个测量点产生的亮度水平明显较低,这就导致亮度分布不均匀(47%),这是可以理解的。即使是前代机型在这方面也做得更好。虽然最下面一排的亮度仍高于其他一些笔记本电脑的显示屏,但即使在禁用 Sure View 功能的情况下,屏幕也非常依赖于观看的角度。如果你没有将笔记本电脑设置在一个理想的角度,显示屏很快就会显得更暗、对比度更低。尽管亮度很高,但至少黑度相当低,这使显示屏具有相当好的对比度。

一旦启用 Sure View 隐私滤镜,屏幕中间的亮度最多会降至 120 尼特。不用说,这样的亮度太低,无法提供良好的观看体验。这就是为什么我们不太理解这个滤镜的原因。一旦激活,屏幕上的内容通常会变得非常暗,以至于你甚至不想在笔记本电脑上工作。此外,即使禁用了 Sure View,图像质量仍然比没有使用该滤镜的笔记本电脑差很多。

该显示屏还存在相对严重的背光渗漏和响应时间短的问题,这与 G9 上的显示屏十分相似。更不用说它使用的是 PWM 技术,频率会根据所选亮度的高低而变化(见下文)。

但我们有办法解决这个问题。在配置过程中,有多种显示选项可供选择。虽然没有不带 Sure View 的 1,000 尼特型号,但惠普提供了防眩光 WUXGA IPS 显示屏(1,920 x 1,200),亮度为 400 尼特,功耗更低,同样覆盖 100% sRGB。

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

在 30 分钟的 Cinebench R15 循环测试中,Ryzen 9 从一开始就表现出了非常稳定和高水平的性能。唯一能与之匹敌的竞争对手是 ThinkPad P16s G2仅配备了 Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U.相比之下 Swift Edge虽然采用了相同的 Ryzen 7 处理器,但性能却比 ThinkPad 差很多。

图形处理由集成的 AMD Radeon 780M是目前最强大的 iGPU 之一。不用说,它的性能在很大程度上取决于 CPU 的时钟速度。

遗憾的是,EliteBook 的 3D 加速器比其他笔记本电脑的相同 GPU 平均性能要差 50%,至少在 3DMark 测试中是如此。单通道内存可能也是问题的一部分。

G10 只比上一代产品快 15%,而 Swift 和 ThinkPad P16 则分别比 G10 快 46% 和 67%!尽管 EliteBook 在商务环境中可能不需要经常处理 3D 任务,但这些结果还是非常令人失望。尽管安装了 HIP SDK,但 Blender Classroom HIP/AMD 测试始终无法运行。

噪音排放

在空闲状态下,EliteBook 的单风扇大部分时间都处于不活动状态。在 3DMark06 中,风扇在大约 20 秒后开始转动,但保持相对安静,仅次于 ThinkPad T16 G2。 ThinkPad T16 G2在这种情况下也同样安静。

发言人
