外壳 - 手柄更大,更舒适
机身设计方面有两大不同。最引人注目的是颜色,因为新款 Ally X 不再使用白色机身,而是采用了黑色。这既不好也不坏,只是品味问题。黑色表面不易沾染指纹,这是好事。第二个新方面是更大的手柄。原来的 ROG Ally是相对扁平的,使用一段时间后会让人感到厌烦,尤其是对于手掌较大的人来说。现在,新款 ROG Ally X 的手柄加厚了,握起来更加舒适,尤其是在长时间的游戏过程中。手柄背面印有小巧的 ROG 字样,提高了操作性。
从质量上看,ROG Ally X 的塑料机箱依然坚固耐用。我们可以听到轻微的吱吱声,但在使用设备时不会出现这种情况,也不会有任何扭曲。包装盒内有两个黑色硬纸板小支架,可以很好地将 Ally X 固定在桌面上。
华硕尽可能减轻重量,以弥补 80 瓦时电池的不足。新版 ROG Ally 的重量为 685 克,而原版 ROG Ally 为 611 克。在直接对比中,这一点很明显,但我们很快就适应了额外的重量,完全没有感到困扰。65W PSU 重 224 克。

连接性 - 现在的游戏手持设备配备 USB 4.0

维护

输入设备 - 改进了操纵杆和 D-pad
除了电容式触摸屏(采用康宁大猩猩玻璃)外,游戏手持设备显然还需要良好的按键和操纵杆。华硕更换了一些组件,你会立即注意到操纵杆的阻力增加了,从而可以在零位附近进行更精确的移动。D-pad 也经过重新设计,使用起来感觉更好。不过,我们对新的触发器(又是霍尔效应)并不完全放心。与原来的 ROG Ally 相比,它的阻力实际上更小了,这可能会在最初的几毫米内增加使用难度(在赛车游戏中尤其明显),而且松开扳机时的噪音也更大了一些。这显然也是个人喜好的问题,我们在游戏过程中没有遇到任何问题。所有其他按钮的手感都差不多。操纵杆周围的圆环可以再次发光(也取决于屏幕内容)。
您可以在 Armoury Crate SE 软件中对控制进行全面定制。首先是简单的按键映射,然后是操纵杆的反应曲线、死区、触发器的行程(左/右分别)、振动(左/右分别)和陀螺仪控制。这已经非常不错了,但最重要的是,你可以为每款游戏单独定制和存储所有这些功能。
背面的两个附加按钮现在小了很多。但它们仍能与 D-pad 和按键一起激活有用的功能(如显示桌面、截图、笔式任务管理器)。不过,在带有一些按钮和操纵杆的小型触摸屏上使用 Windows 系统仍然相当麻烦,尤其是初始设置可能会非常恼人。我们建议尽可能简化设置,使用鼠标/键盘,甚至是带电源传输和附加输入设备的外接屏。一切就绪后,你就可以专注于 Armoury Crate SE 软件了,这也是下一部分的重点。
软件 - Armoury Crate SE 1.5
一切安装和配置完成后,Armoury Crate SE 软件就成了您游戏的主要枢纽。ROG Ally X 配备的是 1.5 版本的软件(ROG Ally 将在晚些时候获得更新),其设计可与触摸屏和手持按键配合使用。除了游戏库,你还可以管理所有设置。通过 Steam、Origin 等常用启动器安装的游戏会自动添加到游戏库中,但也可以手动添加游戏。该软件可以在设备启动时自动启动,因此你可以在大多数情况下忽略 Windows。
我们已经讨论过控件的全面自定义选项,但 Armoury Crate SE 软件并没有止步于此。就像操控一样,你可以为每款游戏设置性能配置文件(包括电源和电池),还可以通过 Radeon GPU 驱动程序调整 GPU 设置,而无需使用 Radeon 软件。
屏幕左侧下方的按钮可随时打开 "命令中心",该中心可配置 15 个选项(共 23 个选项)。这是一种超级简便舒适的方式,可用于调整电源配置文件、亮度、音量、分辨率、GPU 选项或操纵杆照明环亮度等重要设置。
其中一个选项是实时监控,有三种不同的设置:最小化、线条和方框。每个选项都会增加屏幕上显示的数据数量,并显示所有重要的性能数据。FPS 监测器非常可靠(上一代机型就已经有),当你试图为自己喜欢的游戏找到合适的设置时,它能提供极大的帮助。我们更喜欢带有当前时间、电池电量、系统总耗电量和 FPS 数值的最小选项。上面的图片显示了所有版本,它们可以在屏幕上自由移动。
显示屏 - 仍为 7 英寸 IPS,带 VRR
7 英寸 IPS 屏幕没有任何变化,整体图像质量非常好。Steam Deck 的 OLED 面板 蒸汽甲板的 OLED 面板可能略胜一筹,但 Ally X 的面板则提供了 VRR(可变刷新率),这在玩帧数相对较低的游戏时是一个很大的改进。总之,120 Hz IPS 屏幕的快速响应时间对于游戏来说仍然是一个非常不错的选择。现在还有 PWM 功能,华硕还将最低亮度从 25 cd/m² 降低到 10 cd/m²,这在黑暗环境中很有帮助。
广告宣传的亮度仍为 500 尼特,但我们的评测机平均亮度为 456 尼特,稍暗一些。看起来我们的设备采用了较弱的面板,而去年的 ROG Ally(面板 ID 相同)则略微亮一些。黑色值为 0.35 cd/m²,最大对比度接近 1400:1。屏幕不支持 HDR 内容,也没有亮度或色温自动控制功能。

性能 - AMD Zen4,内存速度更快
新款 ROG Ally X 仍使用 AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme集成 Radeon 780M.不过,华硕改变了内存配置:不再使用 16GB LPDDR5-6400 内存,而是 24GB 更快的 LPDDR5x-7500 内存。默认情况下,24 GB 中的 8 GB 分配给 iGPU,其余 16 GB 用于系统。
审查设置

处理器 - Ryzen Z1 Extreme
