To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

华硕的 Vivobook Pro 14配备了Ryzen 5 5600H只是勉强超过了。根据不同的应用,Honor's MagicBook 14和戴尔的 Inspiron 14 Plus与我们的测试设备保持约40%至60%的距离,这是因为它们的Alder Lake H处理器速度更快。

我们测量了性能,用 "Throttlestop "工具将功率限制提高到45瓦,同时温度上升到最高87℃(188.6°F)。这样一来,多核应用的性能提升高达33%。然而,我们不建议在制造商规定的极限之外运行CPU。我们只想证明这里浪费了什么样的潜力。

在我们的测试装置中,来自Nvidia的专用图形装置是一个 GeForce RTX 3050,但另一种情况是,同样的图形卡的Ti版本也可以使用。它适用于全高清游戏和轻松的3D或视频工作。

由于宏碁已经决定采用35瓦的最低TGP,戴尔 Inspiron 14 Plus采用相同的GPU但50瓦的TGP,在3D Mark基准测试中超过宏碁Swift X 14 18%。华硕的 Vivobook Pro 14也被允许以高达50瓦的功率为其RTX 3050供电。如果你选择 RTX 3050 Ti在购买时,Swift X应该能够赶上竞争对手,因为Schenker的新款Vision 14在相同的35瓦特TGP下,以该GPU引领我们的性能评级。

至少,较大的 Swift X 16与英特尔 弧形A370M和前代机型配备的 GTX 1650可以超过30%。但另一种情况是,后者也有配备RTX 3050的。

在电池运行中,我们建议停用Nvidia GPU来进行游戏和其他图形密集型任务。这是因为在这种情况下,英特尔的集成Iris Xe7图形单元的运行速度约为3倍,因为RTX 3050只提供5瓦的功率。
