Inspiron 14 Plus 7440 取代了旧版Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 或 7430,引入了新的处理器选项和一些外部变化。最值得注意的是,它放弃了原来在 7420 型号上提供的任何GeForce RTX 选项,转而只提供集成的 Arc 8 显卡。
我们的测试机配备了 Core Ultra 7 155H、Arc 8 iGPU、16 GB LPDDR5X 6400 MHz 内存和 2.2K (2240 x 1400) IPS 显示屏,售价约为 1000 美元。其他 SKU 将内存增加一倍,并可能配备分辨率更高的 2.8K (2880 x 1800) 显示屏,但目前所有配置的 iGPU 都是固定的。未来计划推出配备酷睿 Ultra 9 185H 和 Ultra 5 125H 的 SKU。

箱子 - 还是有点大,有点重
机箱连续第三年进行了重新设计,在视觉上与 2022 Inspiron 14 7420 和 2023 Inspiron 14 7430 截然不同。例如,左侧边缘的通风栅已不复存在,而边缘和边角则比以前略微变圆。顶部边缘的掌托也变得更扁平,与底座的其他部分更加流畅。
制造质量与 Inspiron 14 7435 2 合 1一样,因为铝制机身材料没有改变。底座、盖子和铰链感觉坚固,吱吱作响和扭曲现象极少,这对于一款中端机型来说非常出色。
与旧款 Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 不同,该机型没有 dGPU 选项。因此,我们原以为它会比旧款机型明显更薄和(或)更轻,但遗憾的是事实并非如此。相反,新机型的三个尺寸基本相同,重量却只减轻了 100 克。替代产品如 惠普Pavilion Plus 14或 VivoBook 14X 都明显比戴尔轻。
连接性
旧款 Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 设计中的所有端口都已回归。不过,HDMI 端口已降级为 1.4,戴尔甚至明确指出其最大输出仅限于 1080p60,不支持 2K 或 4K。因此,如果要连接 2K 或 4K 外部显示器,我们强烈建议使用 DisplayPort-over-USB-C 接口。
我们希望未来的机型能放弃专用的桶状交流适配器端口,转而使用第二个 USB-C 端口,这样可以使系统的用途更加广泛。
SD 读卡器

键盘
与其他 Inspiron 机型(如 7420 或 7435 2 合 1)的键盘相比,该机型的电源键较小。 7435 二合一键盘的其他部分保持不变。按键反馈相对柔和、安静,只有空格键和回车键比 QWERTY 主键明显响亮、坚硬。
触摸板

显示屏 - 性能良好,但也有不足之处

测试条件

由于采用了更高效的 CPU 和没有 dGPU,风扇噪音比旧款 Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 更小。即便如此,在运行高负载时,系统的噪音仍然相当大。 Witcher 3例如,在"...... "模式下,46 分贝(A)的噪音水平会比 IdeaPad Slim 5 14在类似条件下的噪音水平。当 CPU 使用率达到 100%时,我们能够记录到 51 dB(A) 的最大风扇噪音,这对于仅使用集成显卡的超小型笔记本来说是非常大的。

笔记本电脑左半部分的表面温度高于右半部分,这与旧款 Inspiron 14 Plus 7420 设计中较为对称的温度分布图形成鲜明对比。游戏时,WASD 键的温度可达 40 摄氏度,比竞争对手的同类按键温度要高,如 华硕 Vivobook Pro 14.热点的温度不足以让人感到不适,但笔记本电脑两半部分之间的温度差异还是很明显的。

结论--Inspiron 14 Plus 中的 "Plus "已失去意义
