联想 ThinkPad X1 Carbon G12 笔记本电脑评测:三年来首次重大更新
在采用与 ThinkPad X1 Carbon G9 相同的机箱设计之后 ThinkPad X1 Carbon G9到 X1 Carbon G11新机型的推出恰逢英特尔推出新的 Meteor Lake-H 平台,因此用户也将获得最新的酷睿 Ultra 处理器。
我们的测试机配置了 Core Ultra 7 155H CPU、集成 Arc 8 GPU、32 GB LPDDR5x 6400 MHz 内存和非触摸式 1800p OLED 显示屏,售价约为 2700 美元。也有配备 16GB 内存和较低分辨率 IPS 面板的较低配置机型,但目前所有机型都配备了相同的处理器。
ThinkPad X1 Carbon G12 的替代产品包括其他商务型 14 英寸子笔记本,如 戴尔Latitude 7440, 惠普 EliteBook 1040 系列, 华硕 ExpertBook 系列或 微软 Surface Laptop Studio 2.

外壳 - 比以前更精致、更轻巧
与之前的设计相比,新机箱在外观上有了一些变化。首先,网络摄像头部分经过重新设计,外盖上有一个小的光面条,以便安装更大的网络摄像头传感器,并作为打开盖子时的抓手。其次,底部和顶部边框比之前更薄,占地面积更小。第三,立体声扬声器被移至键盘下方,无需专用扬声器格栅。最后,键盘上的选择键增加了触觉标记,以帮助视力受损的用户。

交流
标配的英特尔 AX211 支持蓝牙 5.3 和 Wi-Fi 6E。与华硕 AXE11000 测试路由器配对时,我们没有遇到任何连接问题或异常情况。
网络摄像头
尽管机身有所改变,但网络摄像头传感器仍为 200 万像素,没有更高分辨率的选项。 Spectre x360 14提供 500 万像素选项。
红外和物理快门都是保护隐私的标准配置。
维护
底部面板仅用四颗十字螺丝固定,便于维修。正如下面的对比图片所示,内部结构已完全修改。尽管如此,升级选项仍保持不变,包括单个 M.2 2280 PCIe SSD 插槽、可拆卸 WAN 模块以及焊接 RAM 和 WLAN。

输入设备 - 小巧而舒适
键盘
ThinkPad 的键盘是如此具有标志性,以至于联想在重新设计机箱时往往只做细微调整。这次,联想取消了 G11 键盘底部的专用 PrtSc 按钮,改用指纹识别器。PrtSc 按钮现在是 F9 按钮的一部分,视频会议热键也被取消,取而代之的是 Microsoft Snippet Tool 和 Phone Link。除此之外,对于现有的 ThinkPad 用户来说,输入体验应该是清晰而熟悉的。
触摸板
点击板现在比以前稍大一些,为 12 x 5.7 厘米。尤其是在 16:10 的高大屏幕上进行垂直光标移动时,仍然会感觉很拥挤,但专用的触感按键减轻了这种体验的痛苦。
显示屏
G12 今年新增了 120 Hz 显示屏,而 G11 则仅限于 60 Hz。更快的刷新率提高了用户界面的响应速度,这一点非常值得赞赏。除此之外,三星 OLED 面板、DCI-P3 色彩和 1800p 分辨率都与以前一样。遗憾的是,新面板不支持自适应同步或 Windows VRR,而这本可以改善电池续航时间。
需要注意的是,屏幕默认设置为 60 Hz,因此用户必须通过 "高级显示设置 "手动启用 120 Hz 模式。

性能
测试条件
在运行下面的基准测试之前,我们将 Windows 设置为性能模式。联想 Vantage 中没有单独的电源配置文件来简化最终用户的设置数量。
处理器 - 性能一致性问题
Core Ultra 7 系列有效地取代了较早的 Core P 系列。 酷睿至尊 7 155H原始的多线程性能仅比 酷睿 i7-1370P快 5%到 15%,但如果考虑到节流或与使用酷睿 u 系列 cpu 的配置相比,差距就会明显拉大。即便如此,其性能仍与 Ryzen 7 7840U.
虽然前期性能不错,但处理器在长时间受压时会出现节流现象,这与我们在 X1 Carbon G11 上观察到的情况类似。例如,在循环运行 CineBench R15 xT 时,2297 分的初始分数一开始会保持相对稳定,然后在压力测试进行到一半时急剧下降至 1444 分,降幅达37%。此后,性能会以非常缓慢的速度恢复,然后再次稳步下降,这在大多数其他笔记本电脑上是不常见的。重复压力测试不会导致任何重大差异,从而证实了我们的发现。对于像 X1 Carbon 这样轻薄的笔记本电脑来说,高 Turbo Boost 持续性并不值得期待,但性能一致性仍应是我们的目标。
至少,如下图所示,我们在配备酷睿 i7-1370P 的 2023 X1 Carbon G11 上记录到的不良节流行为没有那么严重。

压力测试
在压力下,CPU 时钟频率会循环变化,而不是保持稳定。例如,在运行 Prime95 时,CPU 会提升至 3 GHz、105 C(!)和 54 W,持续时间只有几秒钟,然后降至 2.2 GHz,最终在 1.5 至 2.1 GHz、82 至 96 C 和 24 至 35 W 之间循环。 ThinkPad P14s在进行相同的 Prime95 测试时,时钟频率更稳定。
当运行时,也能观察到类似的 Witcher 3当运行时,也能观察到类似的结果。在这种情况下,GPU 会以 2250 MHz 的频率运行,但偶尔会无缘无故降至 1600 MHz。帧速率因此变得更加不稳定。整体核心温度在 80 至 95 摄氏度之间,而稍厚的Latitude 7440 核心温度为 65 至 80 摄氏度。

新 Arc 8iGPU 与老旧的 Iris Xe 96 EUs提升了 70% 至 100%。事实上,ThinkPad X1 Carbon 系列已经连续几年使用相同的 Iris Xe 图形处理器,因此亟需升级到 Arc。

整体性能可能不稳定。例如,如下表所示,在性能电源配置文件下运行时,Fire Strike ,与在电池电源下运行时的结果几乎相同,但在平衡模式下运行时,分数会大幅下降。在低温状态下重新测试,以考虑任何潜在的节流,结果也不会改善。

系统噪音 - 平静安宁

温度
由于采用了内部散热解决方案,表面温度的变化在很大程度上是对称的。在玩游戏或运行其他要求较高的负载时,键盘中心和底盖上的热点温度可高达 43 摄氏度。不过,这仍然比我们在旧款 G11 上记录到的温度低几摄氏度,与 Zenbook 14 运行较慢的 Ryzen 7 7730U 时的温度相当。掌托和键盘的大部分区域都没有出现令人不舒服的发热现象,但底部一些较大的通风栅还是可以改善温度。

能源管理 - 提高每瓦性能
耗电量
在最低亮度设置下闲置在桌面上的耗电量仅为 4 瓦,而在全白屏幕上最大亮度设置需要 4 倍的耗电量。用户在发送电子邮件或处理电子表格时,应尽量节省电能,因为在 oled 面板上,白色需要更多的电能。
运行游戏等高负载时的耗电量比去年的 G11 机型高出约 10%至 15%。不过,与上面提到的较旧的 Iris Xe 96 EU 相比,GPU 性能提高了 2 倍,因此稍高的功耗也是值得的。
如下面的截图所示,在运行 Prime95 压力测试时,我们可以记录到小巧(约 8.8 x 5.2 x 2.3 厘米)的 65 W AC 适配器的临时最大功耗为 68 W。

评语:Cpu 故障让出色的重新设计黯然失色
在我们对 2023 ThinkPad X1 Carbon G11的评测中,我们称赞了它的设计和舒适的输入体验,同时也批评了它不均衡的性能和令人失望的电池续航时间。在 2024 年的改版中,最新机型在 G11 的大部分方面都有所改进,值得拥有老一代机型的用户升级。更快的原生刷新率、更轻的重量和更长的电池续航时间,使用户体验明显更加流畅,使用起来更加愉悦,尤其是对于经常出差的人来说。
新设计比以前更轻、更小、更快、更舒适。不过,低分辨率网络摄像头的老化情况不是很好,性能有时会不稳定。
处理器性能仍然是这一优秀系统的一个症结所在。时钟频率的循环和波动比我们希望的要频繁得多,就像去年的 G11 一样。即使考虑到任何节流行为,新的 Meteor Lake-H CPU 仍然比上一代的 Raptor Lake-P 更快,但在压力下更稳定的性能还是更可取的。值得庆幸的是,除了最核心的用户外,其他用户都不会注意到这一特定的缺点。
